A Mandla buyout means the property closes to other reservations. No other guests, no shared spaces, no one at the break who isn’t with your group.
The casitas, the rancho, the surf, the kitchen, the staff: all of it adapted to your group’s purpose for the duration of your stay, and nothing else.

Weddings
An oceanfront setting for vows exchanged in front of the people who matter most, with the whole property held privately for your celebration.
- The Ceremony The beach in front of the property, closed to outside guests. Vows at the water’s edge with the Pacific as the only backdrop.
- The Reception The rancho seats your entire guest list at one long table under an open-air thatched roof. 2,420 square feet, direct ocean view, no ballroom.
- The Kitchen All meals from the chef’s kitchen for the duration of the stay. No outside catering to source, schedule, or coordinate.
- The Casitas Everyone who matters stays on-site. No shuttle runs to a hotel down the road at the end of the night.
Corporate Offsites
A private, distraction-free base for leadership teams and boards to think clearly, away from the office and closer to the water.
- The Rancho 2,420 square feet of open-air workshop and meeting space. No conference room walls, no recycled hotel air, no lobby noise.
- Connectivity Starlink satellite internet and a backup generator. The details that matter when a working session cannot be postponed.
- The Afternoon Surf lessons, volcano sandboarding, horseback riding on request. Built-in decompression between working sessions: the team bonds without anyone needing to plan it.
Host Your Retreat
A turnkey venue for yoga instructors, wellness leaders, and retreat organizers bringing their own group, where the property does the work of setting the scene.
- The Yoga Deck Open-air, ocean-view, away from outside guests. Sunrise sessions and sunset vinyasa with the Pacific as the only backdrop.
- The Surf Break Year-round waves directly in front of the property, held for your group. A private training ground for any skill level.
- The Kitchen Menus adapted to your group’s specifications. Plant-based, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory: the chef works from what the market provides each morning, adjusted to your needs.
- The Pricing Model Mandla charges a flat net-rate buyout. You set your per-guest price and keep the margin.
Family Reunions
A private compound for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions, where three generations can share one roof without losing their own space.
- The Layout All casitas on one private property, with enough space that three generations are never on top of each other. The pool, the beach, the rancho: all connected, all closed to strangers.
